COVID CANCELLATION POLICY
If there is a government enforced lockdown due to COVID19 that stops you from travelling we will issue a credit voucher valid for 12 months from date of issue for the host payout value of money paid. The voucher will not be issued for guests waiting for the result of a COVID test or guest illness.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1) 20% of rental is required as deposit with the balance payable 30 days before arrival which will be invoiced on receipt of this booking form. Failure to pay the balance within seven days of the due date may result in the booking being cancelled.
2) In the event of cancellation within 60 days, deposit repayments are not refundable unless the property is rebooked for the entire period. A 5% commission charge will be levied for any cancellation refunds originally paid by credit card plus a $75 admin fee.
3) In the event of any cancellation made by the Principal a full refund of all monies paid will be given,
4) The premises are let to you only for the period stated on the letter of confirmation as short term holiday rental.
5) A bond of $1000.00* is payable 7* days before arrival after which you will be sent access details. This will be returned as soon as possible after departure subject to compliance with our Conditions of Tenancy below
* Lakeview Cottage and Lakeview Lodge is a $500 bond

We accept direct deposit, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
CONDITIONS OF TENANCY
- Strictly no parties or disruptive noise (excessive noise audible outside the property) after 9:30pm
- The premises are let strictly for the enjoyment and use of the number of people made at the time of booking i.e. the number of people occupying or using the premises shall not exceed the party size agreed at the time of booking unless prior permission is sought. Exceeding this number will render the booking liable to cancellation, plus a fine on the bond.
- Lakeview Cottage, Lakeview Lodge, Pipers Bay House & Binnowee are pet friendly for one animal only but strictly outside of the property or a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be incurred. These properties are limited to strictly one dog only. Some dogs feel uncomfortable in unfamiliar surroundings so please consider our neighbours and ensure barking is kept to a minimum and do not leave your furry friend alone and unattended. We regret none of our other properties are pet friendly.
- To ensure the comfort and respect of all our guests please smoke outside the living areas of the property (Bluebell does not permit smoking inside or outside, decks etc, of the property)
- The premises are available after 3:00pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 10:00am am on day of departure.PLEASE NOTE: Lakeview Cottage & Lakeview Lodge are 2.00pm check in and 9.30am check out.
- The premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition, garbage placed in the bin before departing (red for general garbage and yellow is for recycling); additional fees may apply if the premises are not left in a reasonable condition.
- All damages, breakages or losses to the property and/or furniture are to be reported and paid for immediately.
- Vendors or their agents shall be allowed right of entry to the premises at any reasonable time to inspect the premises or make repairs.
- Parking – please ensure cars/boats are parked on the concrete driveway and not on the grass which can become waterlogged after rain.
- Furniture is not to be moved around and only outside furniture used outside.
- Any bonds will be refunded within 48 hours of departure upon compliance inspection into the nominated account or refunded to credit card. Should any damage be detected then the cost of repairs will be taken from the bond.
- The Principal accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any member of the hirer’s party or their property, however caused, arising in any manner out of the let of the premises.
- We are intent to provide you the best possible experience in our holiday rental. We also take our responsibility to the quiet and good order of our neighbourhood seriously. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions, is at the absolute discretion of the managing agent and may result in the termination or permission to occupy the premises and non-return of the security deposit, plus the immediate termination of the licence to occupy the property, eviction and registration with “bad guest” registers. Refunds will not be paid on terminated occupancies.
- If your property has a designated internet or Wi-Fi service, the connectivity during your stay can not be guaranteed. Reception in Forster Tuncurry can be unreliable and in some locations signal strength can be weak. Guests will not hold Wallis Lake Cottages or the owner liable for any service delivery quality or disruption and no compensation will be payable.
- Should you have any complaints regarding your stay, please call us immediately. We will respond as soon as possible to resolve any issues.
- During your stay in my listing I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the Code of Conduct, you also agree to:
- Treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels
- Not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours, and
- Follow my House Rules.
